Does it explain what it does?
If you ask, yes, and inside your project: it opens the panel where the property it touched lives. The difference between reading how it is done and seeing it done in your own file is enormous.
Do I have to sit and watch?
No. Before it starts it checks everything it will need and, if something is missing, it tells you before touching anything. If it all checks out, it starts and finishes. What is not its call to make, it leaves you in a note.
Does it work with Claude and with ChatGPT?
Both. With Claude desktop and with ChatGPT through Codex, the assistant inside its desktop app, not ChatGPT in the browser. You use your own subscription.
What happens to my work if I cancel?
Nothing. Everything Sekondo makes is a normal Adobe file on your disk. And what it writes for you - a style, an expression, an action - stays in your project even if you uninstall Sekondo one day.
